Application Review Board

The application review board consists of several reviewers (current PhD students) with one or two of those reviewers serving as the Review Chair(s). The review board evaluates all mentor and mentee applications to which they are assigned using established criteria prepared by the RIC executive leadership. The reviewers meet once a week on a specific day and time (over the weekend) to review applications. Reviewers provide initial recommendations on the next mentee and mentor cohorts before a final series of reviews by the RIC executive board.
